For Currently Studying Students
Transcripts shall be issued in two types: :
TYPE : 1
Controller of Examinations shall attest the copies of the Statement of Grades and issue the
same in a sealed cover.
Required Documents:
1. Application form and WES form (if applicable)
2. Copies of Statement of Grades
3. Fee receipt obtained from eduserve
TYPE : 2
Controller of Examination shall provide the details of course studied, grades obtained in
semester wise, CGPA and other relevant details in the printed format and issue the same in a
sealed cover.
Required Documents:
1. Application form and WES form (if applicable)
2. Copies of Statement of Grades
3. Fee receipt obtained from eduserve
The filled in form along with necessary documents shall be submitted to:
